How To Share Your Message, Command the Stage, and Leave A Lasting Impact in 90 Days

Even If

You Don't Know What Your Big Idea Is... Yet

What if you could clarify ALL of your ideas into one solid talk that helps you STAND OUT & get booked MORE?

What if you could discover your Big Idea - That core message that communicates everything that you stand for…

Take the Stage with Confidence...

And finally, Lead with Authority all in just 90 days (or less).

Introducing 90 Days to Command the Stage

You’ve already spent years building your expertise.

You’ve built a solid six, maybe even seven figure business.

You’ve checked the boxes of success, but deep down, you know that if you could stand out as an authority in your industry, you could help more people and make a bigger impact.

Maybe you dream of getting on bigger stages, but your Big Idea still remains a big question mark.

How do you take all the ideas in your head and narrow that down into one clear, defined message?

After all, as Marie Forleo said, “you’ve got to clarify to amplify.”

But you know if you don’t get some accountability, it’s never going to happen.

And you could have the most amazing product and be the most impactful individual but if you're not speaking more and putting yourself out there into those uncomfortable spots, then all you have is a great idea that doesn’t scale or make a greater impact.

Because here’s the truth about delivering powerfully...

Having a clear and compelling message is only half the battle.

If you can’t deliver your message in a way that grabs your audience’s attention, you could have the best content in the world but it wouldn’t even matter.

That’s exactly the issue that my client Mark, a multimillion dollar serial entrepreneur turned speaker and investor, had when we started working together.

He told me “Julia, I know I have valuable information to share but it’s just not getting across. When I look out at my audience, I see them checking their phones and I know I’m just not getting through to them. How can I engage them so that I can make a real impact?”

And how do you deliver powerfully when you’re one person with tens, hundreds, or even thousands of people all looking at you?

It's no secret that public speaking is a major fear for most people. A research study by Columbia University found that 6% of the population in the United States alone, or about 27 million people, suffer from a fear of public speaking.

And if you’re anything like my friend V, an aspiring speaker, you’re “sick and tired of carrying this childhood fear around with me. And it's something that I have a lot of energy to overcome and I want to overcome because its not necessarily just about overcoming public speaking, it's about becoming a better person and facing my fears and its about living life at the edge [...] I don't want to live life with regrets."

You’ve worked hard to build your expertise and your business.

You’ve seen others with far less skill getting on those bigger stages, facilitating new connections, and having people come up to them after asking how they can learn more.

And maybe you’ve thought, in a moment of fleeting enthusiasm, ‘I can do that!’

But then something pops up. Life gets in the way and before you know it, you’re back to the day to day grind. And your dreams of moving from success to significance and leaving a legacy are tossed aside.

Or maybe you’re like my client Daniel who started off going to his local Toastmasters group but quickly became frustrated.

He said, “It was great as a beginner. Just to have a group of positive people to practice in front of but ultimately, it was the blind leading the blind. I couldn’t make real improvements because there was a lack of leadership to help me get to the next level.”

But what if it didn’t have to be this way?

As another aspiring speaker, C, told me, “Being recognized as a thought leader would be exciting. If you can actually get people to sit and listen to you and move them, that’s powerful and rare these days.”

What if you could travel to your dream destinations, speaking and sharing your message?

Imagine the sense of purpose and fulfillment you’ll feel knowing that you’re helping others achieve similar success by authentically putting yourself out there.

What if you could step onto a big stage, knowing, not just hoping that you will deliver powerfully and be recognized as the authority that you are?

As V said, “Stepping out is scary and doubtful but I'm excited about it - I want to approach this from a position of excitement and contribution and helping others.”

And it’s not just about that 20 - 30 - or even 60 minutes you spend delivering your talk. As some of my clients have shared, it’s about being able to make new connections that lead to more sales and opportunities for yourself and your business.

If you could get on bigger stages and deliver powerfully in front of your ideal audience, having them come up to you afterwards asking how they can learn more - how much would that be worth to you?

I know it’s possible because I’ve done it and I’ve been fortunate to be able to help my clients, smart and successful business owners just like you, to do the same.

Allow me to introduce myself…

I’m Julia Wojnar, the Founder of Unleash Your Presence, and I’ve spent my life on stages, speaking and performing for over twenty years.

Growing up on stage performing in plays and musicals was exhilarating. I got my first taste of performing at eight years old when I played The Wicked Witch of The West in The Wiz.

And yes, in case you were wondering, that means I DID get to wear green face-paint, have water poured all over me, and melt onstage.

From that moment on, I was hooked. Being on stage was a thrilling experience - one of the few places where I could truly let go of everything else and be fully present. Performing taught me the secrets of stagecraft - the same techniques and methods of delivery that the top actors use to capture and keep your audience’s attention.

My formal training in Public Speaking and Communications began in high school where I presented research in orated essays for Syracuse University's Public Speaking course and taught Leadership and Communication skills to middle school students. At Ithaca College, as a Communication Management and Design major, I further honed my speaking skills through studying and delivering presentations on a regular basis.

I knew that no matter what direction I ultimately decided to go in, the ability to speak and communicate well would benefit me in any industry because speaking and communication is a part of every industry. Brian Tracy once said that “Your ability to communicate with others will account for fully 85% of your success in your business and in your life” and James Hume, a former presidential speechwriter, asserts “the art of communication is the language of leadership.”

But then... it all came crashing down.

Fast Forward a few years and I found myself working in what I thought was my dream job - planning corporate events for a trendy agency in downtown New York City. At first, I thought everything was great. It was all going according to plan. I had no idea when I started that within just three months, it would all come crashing down.

I remember that day so clearly. Things had been tense around the office for some time. Upon returning from a business trip with my boss and colleague with the warning that “we’ll talk when we get back to New York,” I was on edge all week. The week was slow, my boss was acting passive aggressive with me as usual, but waited until friday afternoon to pull me aside.

Thinking back on that day I can’t recall the exact words she used but I do remember what I heard and how I felt. The message came through to me loud and clear “Nice try, but you’re not good enough. You can pack up your bags and leave.”

I remember sitting in that chair, feeling like an utter failure. Tears welled up in my eyes but I did everything I could to hold them back until I had packed up my bags and left the office.

Walking out, I felt like a loser. After all, I was living at home with my mom, trying to scrape together any bit of savings I could to move out and start my life and now there I was, just a few months out of school and the world told me I wasn’t good enough. Pack up your bags kid, and go home. I cried about it that night to my mom and my sister and went to bed.

Little did I know that would be the moment that everything changed. I woke up the next morning with a strange sense of relief. At the time, I had no idea what was next or how I was going to be able to pick myself up but one feeling shot through me loud and clear - freedom.

It was in that moment that I finally stopped to reflect on my life to that point and I realized that I’d been so busy checking all the boxes of expectation - go to school, get good grades, get a “good” job, that I never stopped to think about what I truly wanted. I realized that having freedom in my life, where work played a part in my life - not dominated as the lead - was what I needed. And that the ability to dictate where, with whom, and when I worked were incredibly important to me. I sacrificed my relationships and much of a social life to try to meet my work obligations and yet it still wasn’t good enough.

I realized that I had been living a script - and that to truly achieve the freedom I was seeking, I needed to work for myself.

At that point, I didn’t know what that looked like but I promptly hired my first business coach to help me figure it out.

She took me through a process that helped me to identify that speaking and communications was the common thread throughout my life and the area where I had the most to contribute to others.

With that, Unleash Your Presence was born.

I’ve spoken on stages and given workshops to small groups throughout New York City, including to a group of million dollar business owners belonging to the internationally acclaimed Entrepreneurs’ Organization and have been featured on outlets such as The Huffington Post, iHeart Radio, and podcasts such as The Wealth Standard, among others.

Yet some of my proudest and most fulfilled moments have come from the clients that I’ve been blessed to serve.

There’s Mark Aardsma - a serial entrepreneur,  investor, speaker said:

“After working on storytelling in multiple sessions with Julia, I felt confident that my presentation would be better off with my newly-practiced storytelling skills.

Without Julia, I would have scrapped the story part. With Julia I was willing to take it to the next level.

The presentation we prepared for was a success. I could see the audience was drawn into the story.

Working with Julia helped me continue along the learning curve toward the impactful speaking presence I want and exceeded my expectations. Her calm and positive presence made a great environment for me to work on my own and her handout materials are a real value add too. Julia did a great job listening for what areas I wanted to work on, and focusing on those.”
Yogi Aaron, the Owner of Blue Osa Yoga and Retreat Center said:

I am feeling so inspired and getting my mojo back again. The creative juices have really started to flow."

And Daniel Hayes, a Senior Civil Engineer, describes his experience in a full video here:

So what was it that made the difference for Mark, Aaron, and Daniel in stepping into their full potential as speakers?

They all learned a systematic process to craft and deliver their message using proven principles of effective speech-writing, dating all the way back to the development of rhetoric (the art of effective and persuasive speaking) in Aristotle’s time and implemented it with the guidance and accountability of a coach.

How would you like to have your ideas clarified into your signature talk that you can reuse and re-purpose for speaking engagements and media appearances time after time?

How would it feel to be able to stop reinventing the wheel and instead be able to deliver powerfully without doubt?

My friend V asserted “I don't know if I have any blind spots. Could I be doing something wrong? Am I speaking too fast? If I said a certain word that is actually killing repore or if the flow of the speech makes sense to make maximum impact?”

So now you have a choice

You could sit there and do nothing and look back at the end of this year, five years, fifty years down the line and wonder ‘what if?’

You could go down a rabbit hole on Google to figure out how to engage your audience, craft a compelling talk, and deliver it powerfully all the while wondering if you’re actually getting any better.

Or you could take the most efficient path – save yourself the time and frustration, and get it all together in 90 Days to Command the Stage.

Imagine what a difference it would make to your business, if in just 90 days (or less for fast action takers), you were able to have your 90 days to get your speech written & ready to go.

Now you might be sitting there and wondering…

“Well that sounds great Julia, but how do I know if this will really work for me?”

Well let me be clear on who this program is and is NOT for.

This is NOT for you if…

You are unwilling to invest a few hours a week into your speaking

You are looking for a ‘magic bullet’ solution

You give up easily and often leave projects unfinished

However, 90 days to Command the Stage, IS for you if…

You want to get on bigger stages and make the connections to grow your brand and thought leadership

✓ Share your powerful message by inspiring and educating others while staying true to yourself and your values

Leverage your time by being able to reach more of your ideal market at once

Leave a legacy that is part of something bigger than yourself

But don't just take my word for it. Here's my client Daniel who revealed after we worked together -

"That broader impact ultimately is probably the single most satisfying this you can do."

Daniel Hayes

Senior Civil Engineer

And Warren Buffett said:

“Generally speaking, investing in yourself is the best thing you can do. Anything that improves your own talents; nobody can tax it or take it away from you. [...] If you’ve got talent yourself, and you’ve maximized your talent, you’ve got a tremendous asset that can return ten-fold.”

Ok but you might still be wondering….

How is this program different from other speaking programs?

Other speaking programs often give you a piece of the puzzle and then leave you struggling to put the pieces together.

90 Days to Command the Stage gives you a systematic process to get you and your Signature Talk written and ready to go from start to finish, all with the accountability of a professional coach and speaker as well as the support of a like-minded group of peers at every step of the way.

Other programs focus on teaching you methods in the ‘speak to sell’ model where you are pitching your book, product, or program from the stage. But if you’re looking to be paid upfront for your speaking as a keynote or message speaker, many events will not allow you to make a direct pitch or offer from the stage. Also, this model has started to turn off many potential clients in recent years as just another pitchfest from gurus.

If you want to make sales while staying in integrity, you have to be able to sell your message in a way that is subtle and sophisticated - just like the types of clients that you hope to attract.

Whether you are looking to share your message or sell a specific program using speaking, 90 Days to Command the Stage will show you how to leverage these speaking opportunities in a way that cements your place as a respected thought leader of the highest integrity rather than through scammy bait-and-switch tactics.

What if I don’t have a talk booked yet?

I designed The Get Speaking Blueprint to show you exactly how to go about finding and booking more speaking engagements but here’s the truth:

Getting booked is NOT your biggest problem

What many aspiring speakers don’t realize is that getting booked is simply a matter of logistics. The real problem is if I asked you to present tomorrow - would you be ready??

If the answer is no, then that’s a sign that you need to focus on your preparation. Booking more engagements can be delegated to an assistant or outsourcer if you don’t have the time or care to do it yourself but when big stages and media come knocking, you have to rely on yourself to deliver.

How much does it cost?

I think the better question is... what is it NOT costing you?

What have you lost not only in money but also time, confidence, and impact by NOT honing your speaking skills?

So ask yourself what’s really holding you back?

If you’re like my friend Chad, an aspiring speaker, you know that -

“If I don’t get some accountability, it's never going to happen.”

A 2013 study conducted by researchers at the University of Pennsylvania found that on average only 5% of the students enrolled in 17 different online courses actually completed them. A big factor in this failure was a lack of personal support and accountability. The top people in any field from pro athletes to CEOs of global corporations know how important coaching is to provide the support and accountability that they need to succeed.

Even Bill Gates said, "Everyone needs a coach," and that's why just like them, speakers need support and customized feedback to make a change in their delivery and truly leave an impact.

Remember this ancient Chinese proverb that says “The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago. The second best time is now.”

So let’s hop on the phone to see whether 90 Days to Command the Stage is right for you.

But please understand that this program is not for everyone.

Only the people we believe can succeed, and who prove they want to succeed, are invited to be a part of it.
